2013 Nevada Athletic Directors Conference

The 2013 Nevada Athletic Directors Conference was be held in conjunction with the NIAA State Basketball Tournament.

Speakers for this years conference were Dr. Gregory A. Dale, Ph.D., Professor of Sport Psychology and Sport Ethics, Duke University, and Dennis Goodwin.

Earn Graduate Credits

Touro University Nevada is offering one (1) graduate credit for attendance at the National Athletic Directors Conference in San Antonio, Texas, in December 2012.  To earn the one graduate credit, two Leadership Training Classes (LTC) must be taken at the conference, you must attend the conference, and a written reflection paper must be submitted following the conference to Touro University Nevada.

Touro University Nevada is offering one (1) graduate credit for attendance at the Nevada Athletic Directors Association Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada in February 2013.  To earn the one graduate credit, two Leadership Training Classes (LTC) must be taken at the conference, you must attend the conference, and a written reflection paper must be submitted following the conference to Touro University Nevada.

The cost of the graduate credit is $150.00.  (There will not be any enrollment fees required)

Advanced registration is required for both credit opportunities.  If you are interested in either credit opportunity, send an email to:  Warren.Hagman@tun.touro.edu.  I will send a return email attachment with all the university required paperwork. 

Once this paperwork and your check for $150.00 is received by the college of education, you will be sent a course syllabus which will detail the paperwork you need to submit as proof of attendance at the conference, proof of attendance at the two LTC classes and the written reflection paper requirements
